1. Agreement
Wattprint ("the Service") is operated by Brava Labs LLC ("we", "us"), 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. The Service
Wattprint is a hosted, multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps organizations discover, control, optimize, govern and report their use of AI tools and large language models — including AI license utilization, tool overlap, spend, and estimated environmental footprint.
3. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the users, roles and API keys you create within your organization workspace.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; reverse-engineer, resell or provide it to third parties except your own organization; exceed or circumvent rate or plan limits; or attempt to breach its security. You warrant that you have the authority and lawful basis to connect your data sources and to import personal data relating to your workforce.
5. Customer data and roles
You retain ownership of the data you import. For personal data relating to your employees, you act as the data controller and we act as processor, as described in our Privacy Policy and, for customers, a Data Processing Agreement. You warrant you have a lawful basis to provide such data to us.
6. Third-party services
The Service connects to and imports from third parties (including Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, GitHub, Cursor, Mistral, xAI, DeepSeek and Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, changes, or pricing.
7. Estimates and no professional advice
Footprint (energy, CO₂e, water), cost and savings figures are methodological estimates based on public data and provider-reported usage, not measurements or guarantees. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting or ESG-compliance advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using it, including any regulatory reporting.
8. Fees, plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in EUR and exclusive of applicable taxes. Free trials and courtesy accounts may be offered and withdrawn at our discretion. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time via the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service and all related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You keep all rights to your data.
10. Warranties and disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Term, suspension and termination
Either party may terminate as permitted in these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or non-payment. On termination, access ends and we delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms. We will notify you of material changes; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits mandatory statutory rights that apply to customers or data subjects in the EU/EEA.
